Configuring bank card processing for a client
The use of this feature requires the purchase of an additional service. Contact your Finvi Support representative for more information or before making any changes to these settings.
To segregate the bank card transactions from UltimatePayments for a particular client, you need to set up a separate key with UltimatePayments for that client.
To configure bank card processing for a client:

From the Master menu, navigate to Data Entry > Client Update (menu 1.7).
You can also access this routine from Management Strategy > Client > Client Update (menu 10.6.60).

At the Enter Client # prompt, type a client number, and press Enter.

In the Cli Name field, type /BC, and press Enter.
In the Cli Name field, if you forget to type / before BC, a warning message displays asking you to confirm that you want to change the client's name.

In the Bank Card Setup window, select one of the following:

In the field of the Recurring Bank Card Setup screen, type the for this client supplied by your payment provider, and press Enter.
- In the Recurring Pin Number field, type the client-specific pin number, and press Enter.

In the field of the Bank Card Client Setup screen, type the for this client supplied by your payment provider, and press Enter.
- In the Source Key field, type the client-specific source key, and press Enter.



Selecting this option allows users to quickly set up both recurring and immediate back card processing for a client using the steps listed above.
