Enabling or disabling updating packet members' notes with collector notes

Menu 10.4.32

Use this option to update the notes for all packet members when a collector creates a notes.

By default, this option is disabled.

To enable or disable updating packet members' notes with collector notes:

1. From the Master menu, navigate to Management Strategy > Collector > Coll/WIP/Note Ctrl (menu 10.4.32).

   

2. In the Misc Collector/WIP/Note Controls window, select Add Note To All Packet Members When A Collector Notes Is Made, and press Enter or click Ok.

3. At the Copy Collector Note(s) to Packet Members Options, select one of the following, and press Enter or click Ok:

   • To allow the collector to automatically add a note to all packet members, select Copy ALL collector notes to ALL Packet members.
   • To allow the collector to specify which packet members in which to add a note to, select SELECT accounts to copy note to.
   • To allow the collector to specify which specific packet member to add a note to, select Do NOT copy any collector notes to packet members.

   The system displays a message confirming your selection.
