Menu 11.13 - Precollect Year-End

The Precollect Year-End routine is a file update program that closes out the year and prepares the system to receive the next year's information.

Run the Precollect Year-End routine after the last Month-End of the year has been completed.

If your agency uses branches, you must run Precollect Year-End. This prevents one branch from closing the year before another branch or main logon is ready to be closed.

To run Precollect Year-End:

1. From the Master menu, navigate to Precollect > Precollect Year-End (menu 11.13).

   

2. At the OK to continue? prompt, to continue, press Enter or click Ok.
3. At the Precollect Year-End Completed prompt, press Enter or click Ok.
