Adding a contact authorization source
Use this option to create a new contact authorization source for the Personal Contacts screen.
To edit a contact authorization source, you need to delete the incorrect authorization source, and add the new one.
To add contact authorization sources:

From the Master menu, navigate to
Management Strategy > Codes > Contact Codes (menu 10.5.58).
- In the Contact Management Configuration window, select Update Authorization Sources, and press Enter or click Ok.
- In the Contact Authorization Source Configuration screen, at the CMD (A, D, /) prompt, type A, and press Enter.

In the Enter Contact Authorization Source to Add window, type the approved type of person your agency can accept authorization from to contact the account, and press Enter or click Ok.
After you press Enter or click Ok, The Collector System automatically saves the change.
- To return to the Contact Management Configuration window, type /, and press Enter.
