Building the Contacts cross-reference file

The Contacts cross-reference file includes all of the contact information for all of the accounts in The Collector System. This allows a user to search for specific contact information across all of the accounts.

If it is necessary, you can also rebuild the contacts cross-reference file or create it again from scratch.

You can also archive contact information for an account.
