Configuring strategy options
From within the Strategy Condition screen, you can use several commands to access specific areas of The Collector System without having to leave the strategy screens. These commands include the following:

Configure the criteria by which desk numbers are assigned to new accounts. |

Set the number of days between the time an account is assigned to your agency and the date it is added to a collector's WIP. |

Print or view a list of AFM strategy codes. This command is also available for the action and event screens. |

/R |
Configure reassignment desks for a strategy. |

/T |
Set the top dollar limit to override the house delay. |

/W |
Set the number of days within which a collector must work an account after it enters The Collector System. |
You enter these commands in the Desc (?) field in the Strategy Conditions and Side-Action Condition screens. You can either type the command directly, such as /H, or you can type a question mark (?) to display a menu of commands.
When you open these screens, you may have to press Enter or type / to navigate to the Desc(?) field.
