Deleting action sets

Menu 10.3.25

Use this option to delete all the actions from an action set.

You cannot delete an action set if a strategy references it. If you do so, a system prompt lists the strategies that call the action set.

To delete an action set:

1. From the Master menu, navigate to Management Strategy > Work Strategies > Account Strategy (menu 10.3.25).

   

2. In the Account Flow Manager window, select Strategy Actions, and press Enter or click Ok.
3. In the Enter Strategy Action ID (?,/P) window, do one of the following, and press Enter or click Ok:
   • If you know the action name, type it.
   • To choose from a list of actions, type ?.
     • In the Available Strategy Actions window, select an action, and press Enter or click Ok.
4. In the Desc (?) field of the Strategy Actions screen, type /DEL, and press Enter.

5. At the Delete Strategy Action name? prompt, click Yes.

   The Collector System displays a message that the action is deleted.
