Deleting event sets

Menu 10.3.25

Use this option to delete all the events in an event set.

You cannot delete an event set if a strategy references it. If you attempt to do so, a system prompt lists the strategies that call the event set.

To delete an event set:

1. From the Master menu, navigate to Management Strategy > Work Strategies > Account Strategy (menu 10.3.25).

   

2. In the Account Flow Manager window, select Strategy Events, and press Enter or click Ok.
3. In the Enter Strategy Event ID (?,/P) window, do one of the following:
   • If you know the event name, type it, and press Enter or click Ok.
   • To choose from a list of events, type ?, and press Enter or click Ok.
     • In the Available Strategy Events window, select an event, and press Enter or click Ok.

4. In the Desc (?) field of the Strategy Events screen, type /DEL, and press Enter.

   

5. At the Delete Strategy Event name? prompt, click Yes.

   A message displays that the event set is deleted.
