Enabling or disabling the inclusion of cancellation descriptions in notes

Use this option to determine whether or not a cancellation description displays in the notes.

To enable or disable the inclusion of cancellation descriptions in notes:

  1. From the Master menu, navigate to ClosedManagement Strategy > Agency > Misc. Setup Routines (menu 10.1.15).

  2. In the Miscellaneous Setup Routines window, select Set Flag to Include Cancellation Description in Notes, and press Enter or click Ok.
  3. At the Include cancellation description in notes? prompt, do one of the following:
    • To include a description in the notes when an account is canceled, click Yes.
    • To not include a description in the notes when an account is canceled, click No.

      A message displays stating the selection you made.
