Enabling or disabling the inclusion of cancellation descriptions in notes
Use this option to determine whether or not a cancellation description displays in the notes.
To enable or disable the inclusion of cancellation descriptions in notes:

From the Master menu, navigate to
Management Strategy > Agency > Misc. Setup Routines (menu 10.1.15).
- In the Miscellaneous Setup Routines window, select Set Flag to Include Cancellation Description in Notes, and press Enter or click Ok.
- At the Include cancellation description in notes? prompt, do one of the following:
- To include a description in the notes when an account is canceled, click Yes.
To not include a description in the notes when an account is canceled, click No.
A message displays stating the selection you made.
