Enabling or disabling Fiscal field alerts

Use this option to alert you when information is populated into defined Fiscal fields.

To create Fiscal field alerts:

  1. From the Master menu, navigate to ClosedManagement Strategy > Collector > Fiscal Alert Setup (menu 10.4.42).

  2. To activate the Fiscal alert on the Collector screen, at the Check for Fiscal alert data when an account is brought up on the collector screen? prompt, click Yes.
  3. To activate the Fiscal alert on the Post screen, at the Check for Fiscal alert data when an account is brought up in posting? prompt, click Yes.
  4. At the OK to file? prompt, do one of the following:
    • To save the settings, click Yes.
    • To cancel the settings and exit, click No.
    • To return to the previous prompt, click Cancel.
