Enabling or disabling notes for desk or status changes for packet members

Menu 10.4.32

Use this option to allow the system to create a note for all members of the packet receiving a desk or status change.

By default, this option is disabled.

To enable or disable notes for desk or status changes for packet members:

1. From the Master menu, navigate to Management Strategy > Collector > Coll/WIP/Note Ctrl (menu 10.4.32).

   

2. In the Misc Collector/WIP/Note Controls window, select Desk/Status Changes - Note in all Packet Members, and press Enter or click Ok.

3. At the Create note on all packet members for desk and status changes? prompt, click Yes to enable this option or click No to apply the note only to the primary packet member.

   Even though the system does not display a message, your change is made.
