Menu 10.3.25 - Account Strategy

Planning a good strategy is critical to making AFM successful for your agency. Most of the work involved with configuring AFM has to do with planning your strategy. The best way to plan your strategy is to have different departments working together to map out a process flow diagram for what happens to each account that enters your agency. We suggest having a collection manager, top collector, administrator, and upper management personnel take part in the planning process. This allows you to work together to determine what happens to an account the first day it enters The Collector System. The more detailed your process flow, the better you can configure AFM, and the more accurately AFM will process your accounts.
