Menu 10.1.29 - Agency Change Log
The Agency Change Log allows you to view changes made to various settings of The Collector System. In addition to showing what information has changed, it logs who made the change and when. This information provides valuable data protection for your agency. For example, an inexperienced employee may have entered a screen they were not familiar with and inadvertently changed important information. You could use this log to view the changes, and return the data to its original state.
Additionally, access to information regarding changes to your system is of tremendous help should you need to contact your Finvi Support representative. If your system is not functioning as expected, this log provides key information as to what may be causing the malfunction; this is especially true with Account Flow Manager tracking.
The Agency Change Log tracks changes to many areas of The Collector System, which are described in the following table.

Two types of change logs are available: one for Account Flow Manager tracking, and one for the other 25 areas.
