Menu 10.7.82 - Acknowledgment Format

You send acknowledgment letters/notices to clients when your agency receives new assignments. You send pre-acknowledgment letters/notices to clients when your agency receives precollect requests.

Heading

Populate the agency name and address that prints at the top of the document. This can be used in place of letterhead. A standard heading is available with the @SH code.

Client address

Populate the address of the client receiving the letter/notice.

Body of the letter/notice

Type the content of the letter/notice.

Account information

Populate account information.

Closing

Type the salutation and populate the agency name.
