Running the Strategy Query report

Menu 10.3.25

Use this report to search for a specific action or event. The Strategy Query report lists all of the strategies, action sets, and event sets an action or event is found in.

To run the Strategy Query report:

1. From the Master menu, navigate to Management Strategy > Work Strategies > Account Strategy (menu 10.3.25).

   

2. In the Account Flow Manager window, select Strategy Query, and press Enter or click Ok.
3. In the Strategy File to Query window, do one of the following, and press Enter or click Ok:
   • To search an action, select StratAction.
     • In the Action Codes and Descriptions window, select an action, and press Enter or click Ok.
   • To search an event, select StratEvent.
     • In the Event Codes and Descriptions window, select an event, and press Enter or click Ok.
   • To search for every action and event in the system, select Both.
4. At the Select your output destination prompt, do one of the following:
   • To view the report on the screen, click View.
   • To email the report, click Email.
   • To print the report, click Print.
     • In the Select Printer to Use window, select a printer, and press Enter or click Ok.
   • To exit without running the report, click Cancel.

The following is an example of the Strategy Query report:

The following table describes the columns of the report:

Column	Description
Cd	The number of the action or event.
Desc	A short explanation of the action or event.
Value	The value assigned to the action or event in a given action or event set.
Found in Strat "x"	The name of the action or event set that uses the action or event.
Seq	Only applicable to actions. The overall number of codes you will find in the strategy.
Cd	Only applicable to actions. Counter for each number of each activity.
Val	Only applicable to actions. Counter.
