Setting a default answer for printing coupon books

Menu 10.1.15

You can set a default answer for the Print Coupon BK prompt. If you are using a laser printer with a Hewlett Packard printer driver, The Collector System prints three coupons per page, regardless of the printer settings.

To set a default answer for printing coupon books:

1. From the Master menu, navigate to Management Strategy > Agency> Misc. Setup Routines (menu 10.1.15).

   

2. In the Miscellaneous Setup Routines window, select Set Default Answer for the Printing of Coupon Books, and press Enter or click Ok.

3. At the Print coupon books when new payment plans setup? prompt, select Yes or No.

   Though the system does not display a message, the change is made.
