Menu 13.2 - Inquiry

The Legal Inquiry menu allows you to view account and status information of accounts with a legal status. The Legal Inquiry menu has the same inquiry options as those used in the Inquiry menu.

Menu options overview

The following table describes each of the submenus of the Legal Inquiry menu. Click the menu link to go to the topics for that menu number.

Menu	Description
13.2.21 - Account Inquiry	Search for legal accounts based on information such as name, address, social security number, driver's license number, or client reference number.
13.2.22 - Posting Inquiry	Search for posting transactions attached to your legal accounts. The transactions can be identified by account number, client number, posting date, transaction number, or transaction amount.
13.2.23 - Packet Inquiry	View all of the accounts in a packet, if the only information available to you is the packet number. You can also display more than one packet at a time.
13.2.24 - Payment History	View a list of all the posting notes, including transactions, created since the record was created.
13.2.25 - Judgment Inquiry	View judgment details for an account.
13.2.26 - Client Inquiry	Search by client name or number, and display the data associated with this client.
