Deleting custom Easy Out report fields

Use this option to delete a field added to a custom Easy Out report.

To delete a custom Easy Out report field:

  1. From the Master menu, navigate to Easy Out (menu 14).

  2. At the Enter Selection prompt, type the number or letter identifying the type of to update, and press Enter.

    For example, to print, view, or send a Collector report, type 5 or E at the Enter Selection prompt, and press Enter.

  3. In the type Reports window, select a report name, and press Enter or click Ok.
  4. In the report name window, select Update Report, and press Enter or click Ok.
  5. At the Enter Field Number (1-X, 'D', '#', /) prompt, type field number to delete, and press Enter.
  6. In the Restrict This Field field of the filename File window, type #, and press Enter.

  7. At the Is field name OK? (Y, N, DEL, /) prompt, type DEL, and press Enter.
  8. At the Do You Wish to Delete field name? (Y, N) prompt, type Y, and press Enter.

    No message displays, but the field is removed from the report.
