Menu 14: Easy Out
The Collector System provides many reports for every area of your agency. The reports allow you to track user activity, finances, and statistics among other information. In addition to the many reports that are a standard part of The Collector System, the system also comes with two ways to create custom reports: Easy Out and Recall.
Easy Out allows you to easily create custom reports from files in The Collector System without knowing any programming language. The Easy Out routine allows you to create your own customized reports that can be printed or displayed in a report format. These special reports can be run one time or stored in a menu for future use.
Recall also allows you to extract information from The Collector System to create custom reports, but it requires you have some knowledge of the Recall query language. For more information, see Working with Recall.
