Menu 15.3.6.3.1 - State Fee Table
Use this option to create or change the transaction fee amount for one or more states. The system applies these fees to both ACH and bank card transactions for the appropriate state(s).
Any time changes are made to the Fees to States table, users must Log Out before the changes take effect. Before proceeding to set up an Agency charged fee in connection with any payment, you are reminded the FDCPA prohibits the collection of any amount (including any interest, fee, charge, or expense incidental to the principal obligation) unless such amount is expressly authorized by the agreement creating the debt or permitted by law. See, 15 USC 1692f.
