Updating packet member information
When you update certain fields in the Account Update screen, The Collector System may prompt you to update the same information for all of the packet members, none of the packet members (except the current account), or specific packet members.
The prompt that displays depends on the field you are changing and how your agency configures The Collector System to propagate the changes to the packet members.
No prompt displays if your agency has set up The Collector System to always change all of the accounts in the packet or change none of the accounts in the packet.
