Working with Account records

When you enter a new account, you enter the information in the Account Update screen. This screen includes demographic information, such as the customer's name, address and phone number, as well as the amount owed and received on the account, the status of the account, notes, and so on.

When you create a new account, The Collector Screen updates the client's statistics and places the account in the new account file. Accounts in the new account file automatically receive notices, are included on acknowledgment lists, and are included in Month-End statistics.
