Menu 2.2 - Letters/Notices

From this menu, there are two ways you can send letters/notices to accounts:

  • To send one or more letters/notices in a series to all the accounts that qualify, you generate the letters/notices.
  • To send one or more letters/notices in a series to a specific account, you request the letters/notices.

This also includes precollect accounts.

Use caution when printing letters/notices from more than one port because The Collector System does not prevent different users from printing the same letters/notices. Also, the series-delay feature could be corrupted if two users are processing the same letter/notice simultaneously.

When printing letters/notices from a branch login, you can only generate letters/notices for accounts assigned to clients on that branch.

To print letters/notices using CU·Documents, you must use Microsoft Word.
