Displaying payment summary information

Use command *PS to view the payment history for an account.

To display payment summary information:

  1. Navigate to the Account Inquiry screen.
  2. At the Enter Option (?) prompt, type *PS, and press Enter.
  3. At the Exclude Cancelled Transactions? prompt, do one of the following:
    • To exclude canceled transactions in the totals, click Yes.
    • To include canceled transactions in the totals, click No.
  4. At the Press <CR> (?) prompt, do one of the following:
    • To go to the next screen, press Enter.
    • To return to the previous screen or to the Account Inquiry screen, type /, and press Enter.

      Depending on what payment summary screen you are on, you may have to type / and press Enter multiple times to return to the Account Inquiry screen.

    • To print the screen, type P, and press Enter.
      • Press Enter or click Ok.
