Menu 4.11 - Checks

The Collector System provides many options for managing checks, including printing, voiding, reconciling, and so on.

An internal check file is created each time client statements are printed. The options available in the Checks menu access the information in the check file.

From this menu, you can:

  • Print checks
  • Void checks
  • Add a check manually
  • Print a check register
  • Clear the check file
  • Update cleared checks
  • Print a check reconciliation
  • Perform a check history inquiry
