Posting in batches

The Collector System allows you to group account transactions by client, date, business type, and other sorting criteria into batches. Using batches allows you to reconcile whether the group of transactions you entered matches the transactions received by the agency—without having to access and track each transaction record individually. For example, if your agency receives a large number of payments from a specific client on a certain day, you can batch the transactions and use the Verification report to make sure that the batch amount total matches the total payments sent by the client.
