Printing receipts for posted transactions

When you need a printed receipt for a posted amount, you can print one from the Posting screen, if you are posting from a workstation running CU·Emulate and the workstation has a printer attached to it.

These instructions allow you to print a receipt only right after you have completed posting a transaction. To print a receipt for any transaction that you have already posted, navigate to the menu Trust Activity > Cash Receipt/Deposit (menu 4.13).

To print receipts for posted transactions:

  1. Post a transaction using the steps in Posting to accounts.
  2. At the Enter Account# (?, /) prompt, type #, and press Enter.
  3. At the Enter Initials of Person Receiving Payment (/) prompt, type your initials, and press Enter.
  4. At the Enter Receipt Amount (/) prompt, the posted amount from the last transaction displays. Do one of the following:
    • To accept the default amount, press Enter.
    • To create a receipt for a different amount, type it, and press Enter.

  5. At the instructions for printing the receipt that display on the screen, press Enter.
  6. To print the receipt that displays on the screen, click the printer icon on the CU·Emulate tool bar.

  7. To return to the Posting screen, at the flashing cursor prompt at the bottom of the page, type C, and press Enter.
