The Posting screen
The Posting screen is used to enter, adjust, and cancel the financial transactions your agency receives from your accounts and clients. Certain types of transactions, such as post-dated checks, are entered using special routines.
Depending on how your agency processes transactions, you can configure posting several different ways. The prompt initially displayed at the bottom of the screen depends on whether or not your agency uses batching. If it does not use batching, skip the next section and go on to the description of Account # prompt options.
