Managing sub-WIPs

A sub-WIP is a list of accounts that are selected from your daily WIP. Sub-WIPs are used to further refine your work priorities for the day. For example, perhaps a client is visiting your agency and you want your collectors to only work that client's accounts. You would create a sub-WIP to only work those accounts for the day.

Your manager must give you access to create your own sub-WIPs. If you do not have permission to create a sub-WIP, a message displays.

There are three ways to select accounts for your sub-WIP:

  • Use existing criteria set up by management.
  • Select all accounts that fall into certain categories.
  • If you have the authority, create your own sub-WIP.
