Using Collector screen commands

Menu 5.1

You can perform multiple actions on accounts using over 60 commands at the CMD prompt in the Collector screen. If you are not sure which one to use, you can view a list of all the available commands and their descriptions by typing a question mark at the CMD prompt.

You may not have access to some of the commands listed in the Collector screen, depending on what commands your agency has restricted.
