Working WIPs

The Work in Process, or WIP, list is the primary way to work accounts. A WIP is a specific queue of accounts from which your agency tries to collect. At the end of each day, The Collector System analyzes and sorts the accounts and creates a new WIP for the next business day. The way The Collector System sorts and orders the accounts is determined by parameters that your agency establishes.
