A dialer is an application used to automate the process of dialing phone numbers. Dialers can help increase collections by allowing you to spend more time working accounts and less time dialing phone numbers. An automatic or predictive dialer uses specialized software to place the call and have it ready for you when you are available. In the Collector screen, you can use specific commands to manage the dialer and view dialer information.
