Running the Legal Recommendation report

Use this report to print the account number and name, assigned amount, balance due, and other details for account to consider for legal action.

To run the Legal Recommendation report:

  1. From the Master menu, navigate to General Reports > Legal Recommend Rpt (menu 7.11).

  2. At the Print only previous unreported accounts? prompt, do one of the following:
    • To include only those accounts that have not yet appeared on a report and meet legal recommendation criteria, click Yes.
    • To include all accounts meeting the legal recommendation criteria, click No.
    • To exit, click Cancel.
  3. In the Enter Desk(s) Separated By a Semicolon window, do one of the following:
    • Type the desk numbers, separating each with a semicolon, and press Enter or click Ok.
    • To include all desks, type ALL, and press Enter or click Ok.
    • To use a Get-List or Select statement, type the statement, and press Enter or click Ok. For more information, see Working with Recall.
  4. At the OK to print? prompt, click OK.

The following table describes the columns of the report.

Column

Description

Account#

The number used to identify the account.

Account Name

The name on the account.

Agn Amount

The assigned amount.

Balance

The balance owing on the account.

Agn Date

The date the account was entered into the system.

Last Pay

The date of the last payment on the account.

Employ

The weight score of the employment rating for this account.

Assets

The weight score of the asset rating for this account.
