Changing the automatic run date for Year-End

Use this option to change when the system runs the automatic Year-End. This option only applies to running Year-End for the trust system.

To change the automatic run date for Year-End:

1. From the Master menu, at the Enter Selection prompt, type O (not zero), and then type Q (for Quit to TCL).
2. At the TCL prompt, type YEAR-END-MONTH, and press Enter.

3. At the Enter a new Month and Day or Press <CR> to Leave Unchanged, type the new month and day to automatically run Year-End, and press Enter. For example, enter Aug 31.

   A message displays that the Year-End close date is updated.
