Portal email field location

You can specify the account update or fiscal field to store consumer email addresses.

  1. From the Master menu, navigate to Utility > Cloud Services > Consumer Portal Serv (menu 9.58.5).
  2. From the Portal Setup window, select Email Location, and click Ok.

  3. In the Enter email location window, type the field location using the Dnn or Fnn format, and press Enter or click Ok.

    The Collector System displays a confirmation message.
