Customizable @codes detailed descriptions
The following table contains detailed descriptions of customizable @codes.
Code |
Description |
@Ann |
A date which is nn number of days from the date the letter is printed. |
@Wxxyy |
Include packet totals in a letter. This @code tells the system to print the packet details. Packet details show the creditor and amount for each debt in a packet. Packet details can take up several lines. To prevent the details list from printing past the printable area on a page, enter the amount of space in lines taken by the bottom and top margins when you use this code. The bottom margin is listed first because the system needs to have the bottom margin before it comes to the next top margin. Enter the number of lines from the top of the sheet to the bottom margin in place of the letters xx in the code. An 8 x 10 letter without a footer may have a bottom margin of 60. One with a footer may have a bottom margin of 55. Enter the number of lines from the top of the sheet taken up by the top margin in place of the letters yy in the code. An 8 x 10 letter without a preprinted letterhead may have a top margin of 05. The same size letter with letterhead may have a top margin of 15. For example:
When put into the body of a letter, the packet details code could look like @W5515. @W codes can be followed by a formatting code letter. |
@Vxxyy |
Normal detail lines for packets, even if the letter is sent to a non-packeted account. |
@WxxyyA |
Includes the client reference number with the packet detail. Each debt requires two lines. The client reference number prints under the client's name. |
@WxxyyB |
Includes the Client Reference number and/or the client's last charge date with the packet details. The letter must include two lines in the body for packet details. The first line displays the packet details (similar to the @Wxxyy code). The second contains the client reference number or the client's last charge date. If both are present, both are printed on the second line. |
@WxxyyC |
Include the client's last charge or last payment date with packet detail. With this code each debt requires two detail lines. The system prints the most recent date (last charge or last payment) under the client's name. |
@WxxyyD |
Include the interest rate with packet detail. With this code, each debt requires two detail lines. The second line contains the interest rate used. |
@WxxyyE |
Include forward information with the packet detail. |
@WxxyyF |
Includes each check's number, deposit date, amount, and comments in the letter. Use this for the initial confirmation letter for post-dated check plans. In subsequent letters in which you notify a customer of a check you are going to deposit, use the following codes:
|
@WxxyyG |
Remove the Fees column from reports. If fees exist, Total Fees column and a second line detailing the fee display. |
@WxxyyH |
Customizable code |
@WxxyyI |
Use this to print the U.K invoice |
@WxxyyJ |
Use this to override the exclusion of judgment accounts. (Packet detail will include all judgment accounts.) Since this code does not include judgment interest and certain other charges, the account total may not match the total owing. If the account balance total does not match the packet total for non-judgment and judgment accounts, the following line is added listing that amount: Addition Judgment Charges/Interest 999.99. |
@W00nnc |
Use this when you need to fit the accounts in the packet detail section onto one page. When setting up a letter using this code, remember to leave room for the heading and footing lines of the @W code you are limiting. The two zeros mean this code restricts packet detail, and nn is the maximum number of packet detail lines to print. If you specify four lines, the system prints up to four accounts. If the packet contains more than four accounts, the system prints the first three accounts and totals the remaining accounts on the fourth line. The c is any formatting code. For example, to limit the number of packet detail lines used with @WxxyyJ to four lines, enter it as @W0004J. |
