Using menu jumps

Menu jumps enable you to customize how you navigate within The Collector System They allow you to quickly jump to a routine from the command line using a personalized name that you create. For example, if you want to update information in an account, you can create a name that corresponds to that routine. The Collector System gives you space to enter up to 40 unique menu jumps per menu.

To use a menu jump:

  1. At the Enter Selection prompt in any menu, type M.
  2. At the Enter Menu ID menu, type ?.
  3. At the Enter Phrase to Search for (U-update, ?, /): prompt, type U, and press Enter.
  4. Using your keypad, select a menu or routine that you want to update (or select ALL MENUS), and press Enter.
  5. Using your keypad, select a routine, and press Enter.
  6. Type in a unique name for your menu jump, and press Enter.
  7. From a blank slot, type #, and then press Enter.
  8. Type Y, and then press Enter. The Collector System saves your menu jump.
