Menu 11.2 - Precollect Update

The Precollect Update screen is where you add and edit precollect Account records in The Collector System. The screen is almost identical to the Account Update screen. Since the precollect process uses letters exclusively to contact customers, the Precollect Update screen includes an area that contains several fields for information regarding the letter series used, the date a letter was sent, and the date the next letter will be sent. The Collector System automatically enters letter date information.
