Consumer Portal Service
The Consumer Portal is an optional service from Finvi that requires a subscription and use of the Payment service. For more information, contact your Finvi Support representative.
The Consumer Portal is a secure web payment portal that allows consumers to:
- View account information
- Make payments
- Review payment history
- Establish Scheduled Payment Arrangements (SPAs)
- Update demographic and communication preferences
- Give and revoke consent for various forms of communication
From the Portal Setup Menu, you can:

Agencies can update the appearance of their Consumer Portal by logging into their cloud "Command Center" to set their own text, logos, and colors. Agencies can also setup individual clients so they can have their own colors and branding. This is done by using a "Brand Key" which is set for clients in the agency's cloud Command Center, then linked to the brand key field stored in the client's Control record. Your agency's consumer portal configuration and design may differ from the example shown below.
- The consumer uses information provided by your agency to access the Consumer Portal in a web browser.

The consumer enters the required information to login.

The consumer agrees to the user agreement.

The Consumer Portal may display an automated messaging consent form.

The Consumer Portal displays the account and debtor information. At this point the consumer can update contact information, make a payment, view their payment history, etc.
