Configuring the Client Inventory Report
In addition to the report itself, you can include four statistical reports to print at the bottom of the Client Inventory report to provide your clients more detailed information. These are:
- Performance statistics. For more information, see Including the Performance Statistics report.
- Summary by status statistics. For more information, see Including the Summary of Statistics by Status report.
- Summary by age statistics. For more information, see Including the Summary of Statistics by Age of Account report.
- Summary of accounts by balance. For more information, see Including the Summary of Statistics by Balance of Account report.
The format you create determines which account or financial record information displays on the report, the placement of each type of information on the report, and the status codes to group together under one name for each type of code. You can customize formats to meet the needs of individual clients, showing only the data the client wants, or, you can use generic formats that work for many clients or a certain type of client. Your agency can have up to 40 different Client Inventory formats.
