Enabling or disabling building the MTD History report during Day-End

Menu 10.1.15

Use this option to enable or disable the month-to-date (MTD) History report after Day-End is complete. By default, this option is disabled. For more information, see Menu 7.4 - History Report.

Running the MTD History each night may increase the processing time of your Day-End, as the month progresses.

To enable or disable building MTD History reports at Day End:

  1. From the Master menu, navigate to ClosedManagement Strategy > Agency > Misc. Setup Routines (menu 10.1.15).

  2. In the Miscellaneous Setup Routines window, select Enable/Disable Building MTD History at Dayend, and press Enter or click Ok.
  3. At the Build MTD history each night during Dayend processing? prompt, do one of the following:
    • To build the MTD History reports each night during Day-End, click Yes.
    • To discontinue building the MTD History reports during Day-End, click No.
  4. A message displays that the system will or will not build the MTD History each night during Day-End, depending on what option you selected in Step 3. Press Enter to return to the Miscellaneous Setup Routines window.
