Managing contact action codes
Certain actions collectors perform are considered to be making contact with an account. For example, a collector calling a customer and speaking to them is considered an account contact.
This routine allows you to specify specific action codes to represent account contacts. These action codes are used in the Promised/Paid Ratios report to determine the number of account contacts, the number of promised payments, and the percentage of the promised payments that were received.
