Menu 10.5.58 - Contact Codes

In The Collector System, you set up and store all of the contact data for an account, including addresses, phone numbers. email addresses, and so on, all in one place.

The Collector System makes this information available to the user in the Personal Contacts screen, which the user accesses from the Collector screen. The Personal Contacts screen also allows users to record the result of each contact attempt for the account. This is an important feature because it helps your agency meet compliance requirements by providing a history of the number of contact attempts made to the account.
