Tracking changes to Account Flow Manager

Use this option to view the changes made to Strategy Conditions, Strategy Actions, and Strategy Events for Account Flow Manager.

To track changes to Account Flow Manager:

  1. From the Master menu, navigate to Management Strategy > Agency > Agency Change Log (menu 10.1.29).
  2. In the Display Changes to Agency Control Parameters window, select Acct Flow Manager Tracking, and press Enter or click Ok.
  3. In the Account Flow Manager window, select the type of change to view, and press Enter or click Ok:
    • Strategy Conditions
    • Strategy Events
    • Strategy Actions
  4. In the Enter Strategy ID or ? window, do one of the following, and press Enter or click Ok:

    • If you know the strategy name, type it.
    • To choose from a list of strategies, type ?.
      • In the Strategy Tests window, select a strategy, and press Enter or click Ok.

    A list of changes by date and time of the change display with a description of the action and the initials of the person who made the change.

  5. In the Strategy Tests for strategy ID window, select the change to view, and press Enter or click Ok.
  6. At the Select your output destination prompt, do one of the following:
    • To view the report on the screen, select View.
    • To email the report, select Email.
    • To print the report, select Print.
      1. In the Select Printer to Use window, select the printer, and press Enter or click Ok.
      2. At the OK to print? prompt, click Yes.
    • To exit, select Cancel.
