Menu 3.8 - Precollect Inquiry

The precollect inquiry operates the same as the account inquiry, including using all of the Account Inquiry commands.

To run a precollect inquiry:

1. Access the Precollect Inquiry option from any of the following menus:

   Inquiry menu

   From the Master menu, navigate to Inquiry > Precollect Inquiry (menu 3.8).

   

   Precollect menu

   From the Master menu, navigate to Precollect > Precollect Inquiry (menu 11.18).

   

2. Continue the precollect inquiry with Running account inquiries.
