Important notes

Menu 5.1

The Collector System displays important notes on the Collector Screen above the most recent notes. The notes area can hold up to seven lines of important notes, which are preceded by a plus (+) sign. Additionally, the line numbers of important notes also display in the Imp Note Lines field of the Tickler.

Important notes are displayed in order in which they are marked. To move an important note to the top, clear out all important notes and add them back in the order to be displayed.

Mark an important note

1. Open an account in the Collector screen.
2. At the CMD prompt, type 1, and press Enter.
3. In the Date Work Again field, type /9 to go to the Imp Notes Lines field, and press Enter.

4. In the Imp Note Lines field, do one of the following, and press Enter.

   • To designate a note as important, type the line number, separating each with a comma, and press Enter.
   • To add a note to an existing list of important notes, type a new note line number to add, and press Enter.

   The cursor remains in field 9 so that you can designate more notes. You can enter up to seven lines.

5. To return to the CMD prompt, press Enter.
