Menu 5.3 - Time List

The Time List displays an overview of the timed accounts to be worked today. Unlike the WIP list, which is updated at the end of each day when the Day-End is run, the time list is continually updated. If you enter information in the Time to Work field of any record with the current date as the date to work again, that account is immediately added to the Time List. These accounts have the highest priority and always display at the beginning of your WIP.

If your agency subscribes to Ontario Omni Texting, a consumer can send a CALLME text message that adds them to the Time List at the current time, or at the beginning of the next work day if it is after hours. For more information, see Texting service.

If the system displays Time list not accessible, you may not have permission to access the Time List. For more information, contact your administrator.

  1. From the Master menu, navigate to Collector > Time List (menu 5.3).
  2. In the Enter Collector Number field, do one of the following:
    • If you know the number, type it.
    • To choose from a list of collector numbers, type ?.
      • Select a desk number for the list, and press Enter.
  3. On the Time List screen, do any of the following:
    • To display the next screen of accounts, press Enter.
    • To immediately display an account on the Collector screen, type the account number.
    • To exit the Time List and return to the previous screen, type Q, and press Enter.
    • To display the previous screen of Time List accounts, type /, and press Enter.
