Texting service

The Ontario Omni Texting feature allows your business to communicate with consumers via text messages.

Texting is an optional service from Finvi that requires a subscription and use of the Payment service. For more information, contact your Finvi Support representative.

With Ontario Omni Texting you can:

  • Track consumer consent and consent revocation for text communication.
  • Record a text message as a contact attempt
  • Manage the number of texts by local entity (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Initiate text messages
  • Record and view text message history
  • Automatically send consumers information based on incoming text keywords
