Removing a saved list of accounts from a packet
Removing accounts from a packet does not delete them from the system.
To remove a saved list of accounts from a packet:
- Follow the instructions in Creating saved lists.

At the Account# (/, /n, . , - , Pkt, Dis, Off) prompt, type PKT, and press Enter.
- In the Packet Options window, select Remove from Packet, and press Enter or click Ok.
- At the account number Deleted from Packet number prompt, click Ok.

At the OK for account number to be Removed from Packet number prompt, click Yes.
The prompts in Steps 4 and 5 repeat for each of the accounts in the packet.

If you have removed all but one of the accounts from a packet, the Eliminate Packet? prompt displays. Do one of the following:
- To remove the one account from the packet and delete the packet number from the system, click Yes.
- To keep the account as part of the packet number, click No.
Even though you have removed accounts from the packet or deleted the packet number, the system does not display a confirmation message.
