Viewing payment sources and status for an account, packet, and associate packet

Use command T to view all of the payments sources, both active and inactive, for the account. If the SPA includes packet members or associated packet members, you can continue to use command T to display the payment sources belonging to them.

In the Src field of the Payment Sources Configuration screen, The Collector System displays the following designations:

  • A = Account
  • P = Packet
  • AP = Associate Packet

Use command VR to toggle between viewing only current or removed payment sources. In the Sts field of the Payment Sources Configuration screen, The Collector System displays the following designations:

  • ACT = Active payment source
  • INA = Inactive payment source
  • RMV = Removed payment source

To view payment sources for an account, packet, and associate packet:

  1. Open an account in the Collector screen.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • At the CMD prompt, type SPA, and press Enter.
      • At the CMD prompt, type C, and press Enter.
    • At the CMD prompt, type PYS, and press Enter.
  3. At the CMD prompt, do one of the following, and press Enter:

    • To toggle between viewing the payment sources for the account, packet members, and associate packet members, type T.
    • To toggle between viewing current and removed payment sources, type VR.
  4. At the CMD prompt, do one of the following, and press Enter:
    • To go to the previous screen, type /.
    • To save your changes and exit the screen, type #.
